About CPC

We are a community that loves Jesus and seeks to follow Him. Relying on God’s grace, we try to fulfill what Jesus said is the greatest commandment: to love God with our whole heart, soul and mind and love others as ourselves.

Right now, when visiting us on Sunday, you can expect an informal service that is about 30-40 minutes in length. This time includes prayers, offering, scripture, a sermon and singing one verse. On the first Sunday of the month, we serve the Lord’s Supper. One day, we will return to a full service!

Ash Wednesday service on Feb. 17 at noon is a 30 minute meditative worship service of prayers, lament and ashes.

The sermons during Lent 2021 are based on the the book “Lent in Plain Sight A Devotion Through Ten Objects” by Jill J. Duffield.
Sunday, Feb. 21 we will hold a Discussion at 9am in the Library about each of the ten ordinary items that Jesus would have encountered on his way to Jerusalem. It is not necessary to read the book to be part of the Discussion!
Or join us on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 6:30pm, by zoom. Email the church for the link.
